Shareholder Development Program

Ahtna Incorporated has established a Shareholder Development Program to assist shareholders and their families in finding jobs, trainings, internship and mentoring opportunities in the Ahtna family of companies and in the Ahtna region. The program staff will work closely and effectively with shareholders in assisting and counseling them to become prepared and qualified for employment anywhere that best suits their employment/career needs.

The Shareholder Development staff is available to provide recruitment and employment counseling for shareholders, creating resumes, career plans, completing applications, etc. In each Ahtna office there is a shareholder resource area which will have a variety of materials outlining schools, scholarships, and services available for shareholders.

Shareholder Computer in both Glennallen Office!

The Human Resources department would like Ahtna’s shareholders and descendants to know that there is a computer in the Ahtna Glennallen office building. The computer can be used to type resumes, find and apply for jobs, and research scholarships and other training opportunities. Should anyone need assistance with the computer or writing a resume, the HR department will be more than willing to assist.
